Bill Cobb & Sons Plumbing wants you to have the absolute best experience possible when calling a plumber. We know that having to call a plumber usually means your day is already not going as planned. That’s why we want to be an advocate for you. Many service companies look at each job as just another opportunity for more profit. At Cobb Plumbing, we try to make each call an opportunity to gain a lifelong customer. We have always aimed to do the best work we can, at a reasonable price. Overcharging might be a good way to make a lot of money in the short term, but you don’t stay in business for over 37 years unless you are committed to quality workmanship and long term customer service.

 

Our Pricing

Standard service calls:            $115/hr + parts & material

We are aware that out prices are not the cheapest in town, but we also know that using quality parts and materials are cheaper for you in the long run. Rest assured that we stand behind all of the products we use and do so because we use the most reliable products available.

 

Our Quotes

An informed customer is our most useful tool. That’s why we offer all kinds of quotes and advice -FREE of charge- over the phone and sometimes on location.

We have estimate pricing available for most of the jobs we encounter on a regular basis.

Rough estimate phone quotes are available for tank-less water heaters, however unlike standard water heaters, an accurate quote for tank-less heaters requires a comprehensive location survey for which there is a charge. For more information Please visit our page on tank-less water heaters.

 

Our Scheduling

We operate on a first come first served basis. However, we do take into account job size, complexity, and urgency. We are also sensetive to work schedules, and can shedule meeting times to fit your needs.

Our normal business hours are:

8:00am – 5:00pm        Monday-Friday
some holidays (call for verification)

We have reserved our weekends for family time and worship, and appreciate your understanding in the matter. Please feel free to call us at any time and we will return messages on the next working day.

 

Our Service Area

We primarily serve the Burleson, Joshua, and Crowley areas. We do accept calls outside these areas, but because of time and travel expenses, it is often much cheaper and faster for you to hire a local service company. We have never thought it fair to charge more based on location, when there are qualified professionals closer to you, who wouldn't have to.

If you live outside our service area and would still like us to work for you, please know that along with charging travel time, we cannot guarantee a timely response. If you would like the name and number of a qualified service company in your area, please call and we can recommend one.

Our Warranty

Your word-of-mouth recommendation is our best advertising. So please call us back immediately if you experience any problems with work we’ve performed. We will always do whatever we can to make it right, but we can only do that if you let us know something is wrong.

Sewer line cleaning has a limited 30 day warranty period.
